About this business

Aerial Innovations provides precision infrared hot spot detection and drone-based aerial intelligence to support wildfire management and other industry partners. "Aerial Innovations is a drone services company specializing in wildfire infrared hotspot detection and mapping, advanced radiometric data processing, and orthomosaic imaging. We support provincial wildfire agencies, Indigenous communities, and industry partners with rapid-deployment RPAS teams, delivering actionable, georeferenced intelligence with superior coordinate accuracy and up to 95% lower emissions than traditional helicopter-based IR operations. Our data-delivery toolchain integrates seamlessly with standardized wildfire management platforms such as FireMapper, producing QR-enabled map products and specialized GIS file outputs for direct use within incident command systems. Beyond operations, we are committed to building local capacity and Indigenous participation through tailored training programs covering advanced RPAS licensing, mission planning, and field safety, ensuring that communities gain lasting technical and operational expertise."
