We offer mediation, assessment, and conflict resolution within the workplace. We will come to site and provide “Onsite” service, even if the site is remote and requires fly-in. We have over 20 years experience with resolving workplace conflict, mediation, facilitated conversation and team development. We are familiar with perimeters of a unionized environment as well as privately owned businesses. Our vast experience allows us to customize to the clients needs and requests with minimal workplace disruption. We understand the challenges that a toxic business unit or work group can create, and the human resource issues that it causes. Our intent is to come quietly into the workplace and offer mediation or Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve past issues and move forward. We do not make the co-worker conflict or manager employee issues worse than they need to be, we offer communication as a potential solution. We also offer consultation on leadership development and mentorship. Our speciality is working within the work site. Our ownership is completely Indigenous and understands the corporate world as well as remote isolated camp job and everything in between. We look forward to consulting and developing a strategy that will improve your business unit.
