About
Red River Métis owned Country Chameleon specializes in gourmet jams and preserves that are anything but traditional. Owner Lynne Robson began cooking alongside her grandmothers over 50 years ago, and then in several of the finest restaurants across Canada. Ten years ago, she decided to rework her family preserve recipes to suit a modern palate and began selling her creations at markets across Manitoba. She now includes a Bougee Bannock that is based on her mémère’s traditional Métis galette recipe but with a gourmet twist. Lynne is also an avid beader and fibre artist, selling her own knit designs of toques and slippers.
