About
At Mezzo Homes, we believe everyone deserves to live with dignity, self-worth, and pride in their home. Our mission is to support communities with affordable, high-quality modular housing that provides safe and lasting transitional shelter—right in the heart of the community. We pride ourselves on innovative, sustainable design and a commitment to building homes that last. Every Mezzo home is crafted for long-term service, built with care by our skilled team of carpenters, electricians, and plumbers. Unlike some small builders, we focus on durability, energy efficiency, and low-maintenance materials that reduce operating costs and increase comfort for residents. Mezzo’s approach to affordable housing is both practical and community-driven. We work directly with leadership to deliver clusters of 10 modular homes at a time—either fully self-contained or integrated with existing services. This scale allows us to meet urgent needs quickly while helping to create a supportive environment for individuals and families in transition. Our work is grounded in partnership. We build more than homes—we build lasting relationships with the communities we serve, rooted in respect, trust, and shared goals for a better future. Mezzo Homes Inc. was founded and incorporated in the province of Manitoba in 2018, and is proudly an Indigenous owned company.
